Important Notice: The GOST Certification and State Registration deals with not only the production system, but also with the products. Please put down here the products with all their models, sub-series which will be certified. For each kind of product please define their International Harmonized System Codes. 8. TARGET CERTIFICATION TYPE AND DURATION
GOST-R Certificate for 3 years Serial Production >> This kind of certificate is useful for the companies which are permanently deliver its products to Russia, also carries importance for “prestige” for future Russian customers and local authorities. Mostly, for the companies considering going into Russian Market, this certificate type is essential.

These certificates are issued for the manufacturer company for the serial production and can be used for all customers and projects in Russia without volume limitation. This type of certificate require on-site certification at manufacturer company’s location.

GOST-R Certificate for 1 year Serial Production >> This kind of certificate is useful for the companies which not often, but sometimes ( or for a certain project) delivers its products to Russia.

These certificates are issued for the manufacturer company for the serial production and can be used for all other customers and projects in Russia.

GOST-R Certificate for Single Shipment/Contract >> This kind of certificate is necessary for the certain shipment, framed by contract with specified buyer / product receiver in Russia and volume of shipment. Shipment to another buyer/receiver will require additional certificate.

These certificates are issued for the Russian importer company and cannot be used for any other customer or project in Russia.

Hygienic Certificate (Valid for 5 years)

Fire Safety Certificate ( For Shipment or Serial Production )

RTN ( ROSTEKHNADZOR ) Permit to Use ( known as GGTN ), Ex-Proof Certificate

Mandatory State Registration of biologically active supplements (food nutritional/dietary supplements)

Registration License for medical equipment and materials
